Just wanted to write up a quick note to give feedback. After scouring the internet for property management sites in Alameda, I saw Cerda-Zein’s listings and was impressed. I wrote an email on a Friday night and had a reply by Saturday morning from Jose. I stopped by their offices unannounced Monday afternoon and Kelly graciously took the time to talk to me and match me with a property that I absolutely love. Their selection of properties was the best I had seen after visiting two other companies and spending countless hours researching. We found a place that was a perfect match!
