Delta Association of REALTORS Announce New CEO

The Delta Association of REALTORS® Announced Byron Bogaard, RCE as the new CEO of the organization

Byron Bogaard recently met with the Board of Directors at the Delta Association of REALTORS® and was named Interim CEO for the Association. Byron brings a great deal of experience and vibrant energy to this dynamic organization.

“I am honored and humbled to be working with such amazing people that care about these communities they live and work in” said Bogaard.

Byron has worked for other REALTOR® Associations in the past and brings a lot of knowledge and understanding to the structure of the organization and how it works. He has worked with both the California and National Association of REALTORS® and holds Association Executive designations through the University of Chicago and the National Association of REALTORS®. One being the RCE designation, which is the only professional designation designed specifically for REALTOR® Association Executives/ CEO’s. The RCE designation exemplifies goal-oriented AEs with drive, experience and commitment to professional growth.

Byron brings a lot of business experience to the organization. He has owned and operated serval businesses, and startups. He is currently involved in his consulting company, speaking engagements and is the managing partner for a technology and gaming company called Gspot Gaming

Byron will work with the Board of Directors, different committees and the political arm of the organization to implement policies and activities that help the members and consumers be successful in the buying and selling of a home using a REALTOR®.

The Delta Association of REALTORS® was founded in 1949 as a chartered member of the National Association of REALTORS®. The association provides programs, products and services to the real estate industry, enforces the NAR Code of Ethics, and is an advocate for homeownership and private property rights.

The Delta Association, serving members from Bay Point to Discovery Bay has more than 900 members and helps coordinate over 100 events a year.
